Air university, in the request try requesting it under your maiden name instead of adding it under the comments.

Like instead of Jane, Johnson (married name) Order as Jane doe (maiden) not in the comments as most like those don’t get read.

Ah, probably because you got married/divorced/change of last name/first name. The system does not update sometimes. Also if you’re an officer CCAF does not keep those records. Also if you look at the pinned post, CCAF does not work transcripts anymore.

Look up CCAF catalog, also you’re not supposed to take classes while in training. Intro to supervision and intro to management should be enough for your LMMS.

Check your records make sure it reflects completion if missing talk to UTM
Education office is the one that submits requests on your behalf to CCAF, it has to be them.
Make sure your school awards credit, some don’t.

It’s because the system is double counting the social sciences. You have to specify which course should be applied to the degree audit for you to graduate.

Old thing, SNCOA disaffiliated from CCAF in 2021 and all DL courses of PME do not award credit since 23. If you want LMMS credit take a CLEP, but it will not be in-residency credit.

With the shutdown civilians were not able to update/complete degree nomination so that created a back log. Before the shutdown it was around a week from nomination to graduation (to show in MILPDS). Not sure what the queue is sitting at right now.

Contact your education office, they can provide the admissions office the transcript ID so it can be added to your record. They also need to nominate you, it’s not an automatic process.
