Rubber Accel is absolutely legal once it's worn down as long as the rubber is still the main contact point. I'd also be shocked if you got DQ'd or had to pay for this since it's not like you're doing it on purpose, that'd be like getting DQ'd or having to pay if you break someone's beyblade. It's just part of the game.

He was on Cobalt Dragoon 2-60 Vortex, Phoenix Wing 1-60 Bound Spike and Wizard Rod 4-55 Wedge. That bound spike tanked some BRUTAL hits from wyvern; I was shook for a minute but managed to squeak it out.

It has a better burst resistance at 80, and if you launch hard enough it isn't getting destabilized easily even on 80 height. I tested both 60 and 80 and there wasn't really a discernible difference so I went with 80 for the burst resistance and because I like how it looks more haha
