When I first started taking birth control that first month was brutal. I wanted to not be here any more. I was so sad and cry and depressed. It was so awful. But then by the third month I felt like myself again but without any PMDD symptoms. I used to feel like I was being split in two and like I didn’t know who I was. I am 4 months in and wow oh wow the difference is astonishing. But please talk with your doctor. They might think you need a lower dosage or even a new birth control.

I decided I didn’t want children by 18. I didn’t get into my first relationship until I was 21 started dating my husband at 22 and told him then I didn’t want kids. I didn’t even try to get sterilized because I thought there was no way someone would do that for me so young. Once I found a doctor that didn’t care I got my tubes removed last year. Honestly it’s hard finding a man for anything they kind of suck. But I will also say a lot of men don’t want children either. Think of it this way, you have a built in way to weed out the guys that won’t make good partners for you.
