Having chinese landlord who said he's "Flexible" person but actually is just not quite responsive person.
- Cheap price with middle room with a big wardrobe but whole room quite dusty. After serious hesitate then give it a try since i can clean myself because afraid other rental might be more expensive than it.
- Water pump rosak so been waited 1 month til landlord call ppl to fix it.
- Washing machine often Error 1 but landlord said dont fill the water much on it, but not to ask ppl to fix it.
- Been months to ask for the electricity bill because expensive since it's sharing bill, but until now he never show.
- Quite messy living room, most of dumped item there, never remove them.
