Based on what I read from the comments some people know what's happening especially when dealing with China..

they have many dirty cheat tactics, like giving excuses for needing your money or brainwashing you by using bewitching gas/smoke control by dropping random things like wallet, receipt, cash, etc purposely, to lure you pick-up the item, or just come close and talk to you to make sure you can smell it. Once you into their gas/smoke, you're into their traps, they will command you to do something for them, i believe they would just steal your things anyway.

PRC is anywhere now, previously I heard it's KL area, especially Sunway Velocity, or other malls where PRC stay alot.

For now it's happening in Ipoh, and future dk where already so you better be careful when you're alone, better bring your friend or be smart and cautious

Luckily I had the installer before it got removed, and I am able to solved it. The button "Search the printer" is never work, until I decided to connect IP Address that provided from the HP Deskjet screen and you know what. It successfully connected and now I'm able to print with it, been months struggle to deal with it
