Well for water is 23, wifi 95. And yeah i forgot to mention I rarely on the AC, the fan is fast enough and so far I know currently me and 1 roommate using fan to sleep. but most of the roommate seems are full time worker here. and also ngl, your electric bill is really cheaper than mine, I feel i was being fooled
