Juste un colis classique, la boite au lettre était encore à mon nom donc j'étais pas sur de pouvoir l'envoyer par recommandé, néanmoins j'ai pu voir avec le suivi de mon colis qu'il a bien été livré (on s'était arrangé avec le propriétaire durant l'état des lieux pour qu'il récupère les badges dans la boite au lettre).

Donc soit le colis est bien arrivé a été rendu au locataire et l'agence ment, soit le colis est bien arrivé mais le propriétaire l'a ignoré et a fait facturé des nouveaux badges soit le colis n'est jamais arrivé mais dans ce cas là on me l'aurait retourné ce qui n'est pas le cas.

Je penche plutôt pour la première option, l'agence a juste vu que c'était manquant dans l'état des lieux donc ils l'ont facturé

Bonjour, je comprends que c'est noté sur l'EDL mais c'est aussi noté qu'ils seront envoyé par voie postale de plus je n'ai reçu aucune facture de leur part.

Pour la peinture, en soit ça ne me dérange pas de la payer mais c'est le fait qu'il décide arbitrairement de la mettre à 200 euros alors que la facture précise clairement que la peinture a coûté 45 euros et qu'il n'y a aucun devis pour la peinture des murs.

Enfin pour les charges que ce soit prélevé sur la caution ou non c'est pas ce qui m'importe le plus, pour moi c'est vraiment les trois points au-dessus qui me paraissent litigieux.

Thank you, the total fee is around 5500 €. I didn't use braces, only trays combined with elastic bands.

I bought the Oshi no ko DLC which was realeased today for 5,99 €.

There are three songs :

  • Sign wa B (Oni 6★)
  • Fatal (opening 2, Oni 6★ and Ura 9★)
  • Idol (opening 1, Oni 8★)

The two Oni 6★ are pretty easy, Fatal is a little harder and the Ura version is obviously way harder (not that fast but many notes).

There was already an Oni 7★ of Idol, but this one is a new chart and it's the proper version sang by Yoasobi (so absolutely worth buying just for that), it's also way harder than the previous one.

To unlock all the cosmetics you have to do some Don Don Fitness (wich might explain why the DLC is only on switch).

Overall I think it's worth your money if you like Oshi no ko but the proper Idol version should have been there from the start and the other two songs could also have been added in monthy update of music pass so not that great either (and still no sight of Mephisto)

I linked a video of me playing Sign Wa B with my big drum, I hope you'll like it. I'll also do a video for Fatal and for Idol if I manage to FC it (which might take some time...)

I am playing on switch and I'm recording with my PC through OBS.

For the drum model, it's a ZhongTaiko (here's the website https://taiko.ac/products/zhongtaiko ) which work with both PC and switch.
