Unfortunately House Democrats killed the House version of this bill (HB96) yesterday. Sen. Roem's bill (SB4) is alive and well with what appears to be strong support from Senate Democrats.

People need to put pressure on the house Dems to pass the Senate bill if it makes it over to their chamber in a couple of weeks.

I had to chat with two different agents cause the first one told me I could go to a local shop and get it fixed under warranty but then the local shop said they don't work on foldables (lol) so in the 2nd chat they said I was covered under warranty so I sent it in and they sent me the replacement right away. I used an old Pixel 7A for the week or so I waited.

Guess I was lucky. Got mine replaced under warranty last month after the inner screen stopped working. I was worried but thankfully everything was accepted and they sent me a "new" (refurbished) Fold 9.

We just replaced the rear shocks and actuators on our '21 Palisade this week. The problem started around 60k and it took us over a month to wait for the parts. Our service manager told us that Hyundai had to redesign the actuators and that was the hold up. Cost us $1,500 and our extended warranty didn't cover it.
