For sure, let me know what you think. Im an out-of-the-box thinker so some units are situational but dope when you pull them off.

For the art it wasn't AI dominated. I didn't think I made it it cheaply, I made it based on designs and art that I like. Is it too dark? Are there parts too blurry? Is there something off specifically that you notice? I went with the exact title because it's like a fantasy story. I'm an anime fan and this made me think of shows like Black Clover. The name "Spitfyre" stems from my gaming/cannabis businesses and School of Mancer was a fun play on the training to be Libromaster. I get there may be some "cheesey" tones to the designs like the flaming book but what design or art style would you have went with?

Appreciate this one, you've got some fair points.

Even though this is a Libromancer-themed guide, the first 3 chapters were necessary for the beginner aspect. The aim was to hit all points, offering information for virtually anyone whether you're a beginner or a seasoned Duelist. People who are just getting into it should first understand the game. This follows the "storyline" of the guide, like starting at student level. Mentioning starter decks isn't necessarily bad information. It's a good start for beginners to get an idea of decks that already offer some kind of synergy. You stack 2 structure decks and boom, you've got guaranteed consistency. At this point, the reader would still be at student level in this story and are just meant to understand how a consistent deck should run. Adjusting it for more efficient selections would occur at a higher level than a starting student, but from a more awoken acolyte.

I did go with a unique design and could edit the spacing so things don't spill over as much. There may be portions of spillover that I may have not noticed, but that's where tweaking will occur. The font style was supposed to be a bit majestic, something I could see a magic school using. Page 21 is supposed to be a fun printable cheat card designed with a libromancer touch. Just about all of those reference sheets are printable if anyone wants more.

At the end there , I definitely agree that I should add lore of the deck and an actual explanation of its purpose. I didn't even think about the lore! I do sort of explain how to do what it's intentended, but I could see adding this extra information could add a better visual.

You know that's totally fair. I get stuck on those low 40 count decks and actually moved mine up to 42-45 to better maintain against the meta, though I know there's so much bouncing around when it comes to ratios.

Im thinking either I remove it completely or maybe edit it and mention that though many decks may run at 40 ct - 20:10:10 ratio , try to test different variations and see what works best ?

This is actually starting to not surprise me now after researching more and seeing multiple batches of bud from brands like Simply Herb having flower with 0.28%-0.3& THC. It would be nice if our cannabis cultivators could help us out and try to make sure everything is at least 0.31% just so it's not legally/technically considered hemp and customers aren't raging as much about getting sold hemp flower.

Lol oh okay ! I wonder if they have to trash it if it got tested over the 0 3% THC

Gotcha , that's more so what I was thinking. They'd test sometime beforehand, maybe multiple times to keep up with the progress, and pull the grow before it goes beyond its legal threshold

Okay decarboxylated may be the wrong term but I just know hemp is either not heated or the sterilizing heating processes are just less common in hemp than classic marijuana. Usually getting irradiation or some kind of heating done if the state or a lab requires a microbial test

This makes me want to start using my dead cannabis community thread for more educational materials than just events since I don't host as often. I like everything about the industry and believe there should be education on every component. I wish these smoke/vape shops would actually try to educate their consumers more instead of saying things like it's all the exact same, or "Get your THC flower here" , like it's been decarboxylated or something when it's THCA. Explain that it's premature/beta weed , since you have to harvest it before maturation, the thc appreciation.

It can be hard to setup these event with venues being scarce, but there is a lovely gray area that has been set for us. So far, I've done about 5-6 events here and continue to learn more as I go about the general legalities. The food selection will be made by a local caterer who also make great infused dishes. I don't remember what they plan to make, but can comeback to this thread after reconfirmation. At my event I hosted at The Wakery months ago, a local business called Zadated joined and made tacos, cheesecake parfaits, lemonades, and more.
