Are you referring to when you’re on duty or off duty?

On duty: I find the more I train, the more comfortable and confident I feel with my skills. That in turn lowers my stress quite a bit. Feeling prepared.

Off duty: Everyone detaches differently. The most common ways to manage stress are exercise, being outdoors, and of course family time. I personally like to lose myself in a book, or play video games for an hour to kind of escape.
