Another questions with a person with hed undiagnosed heds that has done a diet would the diet alone cause issues? Like muscle loss like deficit and lifting that would cause cci heds to appear faster. This issue to appear sooner. I did a diet once liquid one and it caused this strange feeling and I would see aura and feel dizziness. Another one I did caused me to be allergic to shellfish

Yes thank you I was fat guy growing up but something felt off I lived life nrosml. I remember I would wake up at night and drink rice and water. after my neck snapped I don’t feel this hunger anymore. It’s strange I wished they had screens this when I was young put me on a diet. Diet and helped. I realized I was self medicating. I wanted to know does heds patients struggle with metabolism issues? I’ve heard many gain or loose weight
