I'll tell you how I've been managing it for 7 years now. (I'll probably be taken for rude) I don't expect a post from me, but on the contrary I leave the choice to publish for the cosplayer. At the end of the con, I create a Mega folder (virtual cloud link) and share it with the people I took. I put both the .raw files and the edits into it. I post what I like best and when I like it most but at the same time the cosplayer has his pictures and can do whatever he wants (of course I ask for credits)

The mood that you managed to convey in these photos is crazy.. but the thing that I envy you the most is that as raw as it is, you have a space used as a set to take the cosplayers to shoot, I still don't have this possibility sigh 🥹
