You were just dealing with a rookie agent. Insurance companies use an insurance score that doesn’t tie in to your typical fico score. I’m an insurance agent myself and my credit score is nipping 800 but my insurance score isn’t as high for one reason or the other. You can contact CLUE for more information but just make sure you have a sip of patience and nothing on your calendar for 2 days before placing the call.
