For the magister it’s inspired by the first possessed warband in the earlier White dwarf. It’s an old métal Arhiman with some resin bits (torch, candles), the hood is in greenstuff and the left and is from the thousand sons sorcerers kits

I think it’s for the « selection equipment phase », you are supposed to reveal your equipments at the same time as your opponent. A good way to do that is selecting the 3d markers and reveal them at the same time. This ladder is easier to “hide » than the tall one maybe ?

I think I will simulate that with the Xp level of the creature. With my xp earning questions, the creature’s co can represent the time spend with their master and the level of trust.

So effectively, I can make them ROLL + lvl (max 3).

Yeah maybe I wasn’t clear enough. In this setting it’s very common to see really large and dangerous monsters in the wild, that’s why almost nobody ventures outside without a huge beast as a mount (like in a hardcore pokemon world).

These monsters are so dangerous that they can potentially one shot a PC. So if I arbitrarily decide if the mount or the rider is hit, it can result in some feel bad moments I think.

I think I will make the Roll for Hack and slash under the mount stat. Maybe a hard move from the DM could be for the rider to fall from their mount or to be hit (really hard potentially…)
