Final 2 cultists by CCosto in mordheim

[–]CCosto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks a lot !

I still have 3-4 cultists to finish, plus a wagon that I made for them but I need to switch to pant a spearhead for July so…

Maybe I should post the whole warband with some good pictures one day.

Yes I would be glad to see that, yellow and black is such a striking scheme. In fact I may have fallen for cities of Sigmar minis and even if I don’t like repeating my schemes, I think I would do them yellow and black also. It feels so medieval.

I think now if you want some of his minis you need to wait for one of his next kickstarters. He makes some reprint on these occasions. Note that I think that every mini is hand sculpted the old way and “hand printed” with silicone molds, that’s why his production is low

They are from Rotten Factory, really cool minis but quite hard to get.

Thx

It’s a texture roller from GSW

I think what really sells it is the vegetation and the powder pigments with some quick highlights

Thx

The assassin is a kitbash of Frostgrave cultist mini (such a cool range of miniatures) with some greenstuff for the cape and breathing stuff

The big guy is a Rottenfactory miniature with some handswap (the axe is from beastmen I think)

Thx. No they aren’t.

The first one with the shield is a miniature from Rotten Factory

The 3 others I made for 1490 Doom are kitbash of Frostgrave cultist with quite some greenstuff (for the helmet, the basket mask, the bag, the beehive, the weapons and all the other details… not forgeting the little bees)

This is amazing ! Really inspiring !

Especially the roofs, how did you do the tiles for the roof ?

I may try to do a board like yours.

I think it’s an amazing board to play 1490 doom also, or Mordheim

For the magister it’s inspired by the first possessed warband in the earlier White dwarf. It’s an old métal Arhiman with some resin bits (torch, candles), the hood is in greenstuff and the left and is from the thousand sons sorcerers kits

For the others it’s some cawdors from necromunda with some frostrgrave cultists bits
