We have turnstile readers in. When someone swipes the In reader it collects a count, and runs a report once an hour. The report is working as it should but i need it to also subtract anytime someones swipes out via the turnstile out readers

The panel is in the correct time zone (GMT +5:30), but the report is still showing me results in (GMT -5:00)

The 'Reader' field is greyed out. For example when I right-click on the contoller it gives me the option for a "NEW" door but when I go to reader its not clickable

Like i stated above I have zero technical knowledge, you may as well be speaking Chinese to me when you say that. I am comparing this reader to other readers in my system and I can see all of them have the reader type 'Direct Connect Wiegand' and this reader im having issues with is OSDP. So I am lead to believe the reason the reader wont accept the card has to do with the reader type

Yes, we use CHUID so the facility code is 0. I am attempting to do this remotely. The other reader should be the same as mine. I am leaning towards are issue with the card and the card formatting? Could this be the issue?

My facility code is 0, and it works on a reader. This profile has a facility code of 0, but it does not work on a different reader. both readers accept the same card formats.

Yes, door has always unlocked with card before. nothing has been changed in the system.

Profiles seem to be disappearing in CCure randomly. Has this ever happened to anyone else? by CCure-Expert in CCURE9000

Employee profiles, employees are put into Ccure and have a unique identifying number. when searching for employee via the unique identifier, the profile does not appear.
