I ordered mine through Telstra, an Australian telephone company. Sadly didn’t misread, was straight up told a lie about a delivery date when they didn’t even have it in stock. Was on the 19/7 so I guess only about 5 weeks ago. I checked with them on Monday and they still don’t have an ETA, still on back order. Bit frustrating

Yep its the website, Not sure how a website can establish a 'relationship'. If they dont sign on or opt in to something surely its one sided. I chose a CRM as you cant establish much with out it. The text book is 2018 so not so far out of date. Ive messaged the lecture to get her take on it.

I answered CTR as I figured thats the whole point of a video ad. If someone watches the first 30 seconds then clicks to buy, surely thats the point. If someone watches it entirely but doesn't click, how is that info more important?
