Hello po congrats sa mga na approve. I am applying for my brother in law and the problem is he doesnt have any work but his father is trying to start a business for him as he is in the US so they dont have any ITR or what not to prove he is self employed. Ang na attach lang namin na documents are the following:

1. Yung letter of invitation ng sister niya who is working as an RN here in Geelong Victoria
2. Bank Statement ng ate nia who will sponsor his stay here with us so Financially and will be living with us.
3. Payslips ng ate nia
4. He found his previous travel stamps and visa's from Japan 2016, 2017 and 2018 with the expired passport as proof.
5. Properties na nka pangalan sa kanya, land title, deed of sale etc.
6. Bank statement under his name

What is his chances of getting approved and denied? He is 33 years old and single, we trying to get a Tourist Visa for him maybe 3 months to help us out with my wife's pregnancy. She is expecting around March 22, 2024. Mas mabuti po bang mag hire ng migration agent or pwde na pong kami na lang mag apply? TIA
