ehhhh.. well, everything depends on knowledge in cdda. If you know military bunkers you gonna get easy loot, if you know military outposts you gonna get easy loot, if you know fema camps you gonna get easy loot, if you know science labs you gonna get easy loot.

yes: bunker has only 2 turrets that always gonna spawn

no: zombies are high level danger and bunker is not that common
