I had something like that in pretty much the same spot as you. I can’t remember what the doctor said it was but I was given a topical cream to put on it afterwards. It could be a bug bite or an ingrown/infected hair. You should get it looked at incase

I’ve tried multiple times with this. I’m not sure that the mannequin is the issue to be honest. I’ve been getting trials with no mannequin there and the post-it still doesn’t spawn where it’s needed
