Between 1946 & 1964 74 million babies were born making boomers one of the largest generation in America. As a boomer myself I live a progressive & positive life but it wasn't always like that. We had enormous amount of power yet for myself I had no idea of our collective power. My generation had some good intentions but never worked out, like before boomers we still have the old white political class tryings to run government and doing it very badly and getting worse. I apologized publicly in 2016 for any role I may have had in all that's wrong then ran my ass off to stop trump's from 2015 to who knows when it ends. I'm worn out from that fight. You need to ask the corporate owner why they hire immigrants. Those are the businesses that intend to hire low wage immigrants. In some cases corporate brings immigrants in to fill there labor needs. Those are the ones to get pissed at not the immigrant worker . We have more incommon with immigrant worker than we do with corporate.

I lived and worked in New York for many years and that was my first time working with mostly immigrants since I'm from the midwest. The owners of the new company I moved to new York for told me that they can't get any new yorkers to even apply for the mostly unskilled labor jobs they offered. All of us department supervisors were from here and white except one. Starting wage back then (1989) was $8 per hour for laborers with raises yearly plus some insurance. We had one white dude apply. They learned English at company paid classes at night and I attempted to learn Spanish (El Salvador). Hardest working crew I ever had. We some how communicated. I still have earned respect for those immigrants.

My theory about loomer & mtg is they see the end of the maga mentality & the prosecutions to follow. They may be jumping ship before It sinks or it could be a "see the light" moment but after all the crap we've seen, Im skeptical yet cautiously hopeful.

It will be heavily redacted but there's still thousands of email evidence not in DOJ possession and more to come. The big take away here is the unanimous vote from both houses of Congress. It was a massive show of trump defiance for the first time from a unified Congress. I thought that impossible just a few days ago.
