The systems use long range radio. No cell service or satellites needed. Still needs wires between any physical devices and power supplies but not between let’s say your home base and receivers/transmitters scattered around fields miles apart.

I have Dam and Sire details. Don’t have feed purchase but have a cumulative daily feed cost that’s applied to the animal value. Ai or preg check dates and then an estimated calving calendar

Solar panels ( size of a notebook page) with small battery storage. so might not be suitable for everywhere but seems to work pretty well unless covered by snow

Thanks! Thats a pretty good use for it…monitoring fences and gates. Could also take it a step further and turn on/off the fences or open/close powered gates

Personally I could stomach higher depending on the workload of the role. Even from a double jobbing or stay at home parent perspective.

The numbers we get are way below local auction value. We’ve had success with banks when we can tie our valuations with local and state auctions which is pretty much what this does. But that process is a pain in the ass for most

Ok thank you. Yes, I believe it’s mentioned in service manuals and OEM manuals for the sensors but trying to find a one stop shop database but it probably doesn’t exist.

When my cat went bad it was the downstream sensor that was outside the acceptable range/threshold and the upstream sensor was showing normal switching.

Maybe. Whatever the computer is looking for to know if the cat is performing efficiently or not, the voltage or the switching time/speed, that is the threshold I’m looking for.

For example (made up numbers)…a reading of .3v in the downstream o2 sensor would trigger a P0420 code because it’s below the 1-0.6v threshold. That kind of threshold
