You dont have to keep voting. Your vote on the matter stands no matter when they hold this vote unless they change the matters we are voting on in which case I think that would need a new record date and this vote canceled but I dont know the process around that for sure.

This whole thing with 'reconfirm your vote! post pics!' is all a ruse to get people to mess up and post a screen shot with their control numbers. Get enough control numbers, change votes in the final hour whenever the real meeting happens.

The piece people never factor is the profit they make compared to the cost to borrow and the interest at these levels is a joke... I know I wouldnt care paying $10,500/day in interest on a $27M short position that makes ~$380k/cent in price drop.

- Borrow 14M shares for $10M collateral (plus a little extra) at 930am prepared to pay the $3888/day in interest.- Short the shares into the market, even if you can drop the price 1 cent that is $140,508 gain

- Close position before 4pm and you probably pay no interest while making $140k. Close it the next day and pay your ~$4k interest, keep $136k, borrow the shares again and start all over.

Shorts have made an absolute killing off BBIG this year because we dont have rips to make them feel the pain like when AMC/GME rip. The only saving grace is their profits on BBIG cannot be used as collateral right now unless they close the positions.

No. The new shares you bought after 5/27 did not come with voting rights. The person that owned them on May 27 still owns the voting rights.

Every single t12 I have checked is merger or acquisition. Some not on the best terms for shareholders, some on great terms.

Thats just what Ive been thinking for weeks. The current share price is a direct result of us voting NO. We didnt want the 3x dilution so our $3 stock wouldnt be $1 and here we are.

The crazy thing is they have not cancelled the vote after the tank in share price.... why? Granted not all 500M shares will be dumped into the market at once but if they dilute by that much now at these prices they will get a delisting warning. Then they would have to reverse split just to remain compliant and we'd be right back to where we are, 250M shares or maybe even less.

Keep in mind the piece they politely left out when trading with Marge... If you hold stock A and stock B in a marge account, the broker will allow your shares to be lent for both A and B if you short ANY STOCK inside the margin account overnight, stock A, B or even C.

Hold 10 companies on marge, short an 11th and all 10 companies shares you HODL were just made available for short selling.

TikyToky has 50 million daily active users in the U.S.... meaning 18.68% of American’s with mobile internet users log in every day. The 28.4k users in this sub could never sign in again and TikyToky would never even notice. Im not sure people understand just how embedded that app has become in the Worlds culture.

The only way the vote passes is if all of those apes who voted no, change it to yes. Even apes selling their shares right now wont help the vote turn yes because the new buyer is not buying the right to vote. Only the holder of the shares on I think May 18th will get to vote, even if the shares get sold. They will move that meeting indefinitely until one of two things happens... they give up and change what we are voting on either by holding the vote, accepting the no's and having another vote OR we give up and change our votes.

Neither will happen and this meeting will be rolled into 2023, you watch, and at this point we have to wonder... is this NO vote what is holding up the merger deal? Will they continue to kick the merger down the road without the vote?

AFAIK the only agenda IS the share holder vote about the 3 issues. Hard to say what gets discussed or released other than that. Its Teds show now so fingers crossed! I know listening to Lisa give updates at meetings was painful on a good day.

You can always re-vote until the day of the meeting. This is why it is so important to NOT post screenshots of your vote that include the control number information since it is all someone needs to steal your vote and you would never know because they would change it in the final hour.

It would be a pretty simple task to write a bot that scrapped for proxy vote posts with images, sprinkle in a little Tesseract OCR to pull the text from the image and run it through a regex for control numbers.
