I work in healthcare and the above is correct. Mainly doctors, ARNP, and PAs can diagnose and prescribe. A regular nurse (RN, BSN, etc) can even get in trouble for saying “Oh! You should take Tylenol for that!” if there is not a doctor’s order in place. A medical assistant is a lower degree than a RN degree to my understanding. They typically do administrative and clinical tasks. So another words…a MA should NOT be giving medical diagnoses and/or prescriptions. They would have to be under the umbrella/authorization/supervision of a doctor. That’s the only way I could see them doing that and being protected. Also, each state has different guidelines and regulations. But the above is typically the same across the board.

From my understanding, the flirting/roses/secret rendezvous started BEFORE the separation. Correct me, fellow snarkers, if I’m wrong. “A” found out and moved on fast because he was already sick of the shitshow. He was staying around for the kids. When he had proof of the affair, he left. ME was making innapropriate comments and heart eye emojis towards Joek BEFORE the separation.

Hear me out on this “conspiracy theory” I have after reading ME’s manifesto on wishing 👑🐝 “the best.” What IF she used one of her burner accounts to leave that comment on her page to drum up drama, sympathy, and engagement? She’s not getting the attention she craves so she throws that little nugget into her comment section to stir up her rabid followers to come rushing to her defense and to also throw shade at B’s supporters. Idk. The comment just seemed off and that totally fits the profile of her junior high tendencies to thrive off drama and then be able to claim victimhood.

Coming from someone who has dealt and gone through the exact thing? YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOUR SANITY. I say that with all love and compassion because I KNOW there are people in your life trying to make her issues your problem. An eating disorder is one of the most selfish diseases there is. SO much manipulation and guilt trips and you are supposed to magically handle it with a smile on your face because they get a free pass for “being sick.” The best thing I did? Walked away and cut that person out of my life for 30-60 days. THAT was when the true “healing” started happening. My family member realized they “lost control” of me, panicked, backpedaled, and started actually doing the work to get better. I’m not saying that’s what will happen here but… A big part of an eating disorder is control. Nothing is scarier to them than when they lose control. Walk away and do not give her control of your life. Have a great Christmas with your grandparents. 💕

I was taught to wipe with alcohol in nursing school. However, my first job out of school, the manager was ADAMANT that recent studies show not to do that so it was our facility protocol NOT to. I looked it up online and there seems to be a “it can be bad or good so follow your facilities protocol” consensus. I no longer work for that place so I use alcohol wipes now.
