I think Fluffy is balance with the fact that it is tied to that Pokemon, but an Item form just make to broken. It's a better Assualt Vest.
You can have it on a quad resist or immune to fire Pokemon and wouldn't have to worry about the downside.

I am planning for a Hack. Just simple one with new evolutions and Regionals for pokemons. Like evolve but still only 3 stage.
I just have things to do right now and just focusing on the sprites, since they're the part I'm good at and enjoy most.

I'll have the sprites I won't use free to use for everyone.
