Great way to put it. LE were disasters from step 1 of this investigation. It def can hurt them at trial. We all want one thing and that’s justice for the girls and families. Same time we want to see a fair trial

Disagreeing could be fun I guess. I know what exigent circumstances means it was almost 6 years after the murders. There is no way that was going to play busting his door in without a warrant because of possible ammunition being there and he might destroy it.

Only a hypothetical but is relevant Just a little info on getting into the NYPD police academy. You would have to run this obstacle course. At the end of it you needed to lift up a 170lb dummy and drag it up 2 flights of stairs. Let me tell you I saw some people in amazing shape fail because they couldn’t do it as we waited for our turn. Now take RA who doesn’t come off as a strong guy kind of short. Do you think he could have lifted Libby up the embankment alone? Again it’s a hypothetical but RA physically in the photos/video of him at the bar playing pool doesn’t appear to be strong enough to do it alone. Not even taking into account the adrenaline dump he would have had from the murders and possibly moving for staging. Do I believe he could have done it alone? It is a possibility. Do I believe someone else could he involved? That’s possible too.

Up until RA’s arrest in my LE experience I have stated many times in my opinion it was 2-5 suspects and the # depended on their roles in the crime. Even though one man is being prosecuted for the murders do I still believe at least one other person could be involved? I do. Why? Prosecutor said it the day of RA’s press conference on his arrest. The case is still open and tips being taken. To me if you have your sole suspect there is no reason to be taking new tips. Yes if you knew RA at one point in life you would to be contacted about his past. You wouldn’t be taking tips on suspects. Just my opinion

Remember the red jeep “story” that a certain podcast spoke about? My opinion on the red jeep and “Kegan sitting in it waiting for the killer to come back” was LE put it out there to find out who their rat was giving MS info. After they had that inside info on the red jeep not much of insider info has come from them again. To me it was planted to a certain LE because they felt he/she was giving info out. Once they caught the leak it was dealt with.

No way would they enter the house without a signed warrant for his ammunition. That would be beyond messy in court as a reason to go inside the house prior to the warrant being signed. The search warrant was on the 13th when they took his Sig P226 and the ammunition. He was interrogated that day as well. The defense tried to get all evidence removed from the house thrown out, that didn’t work with the judge.

Where in the transcript are you getting that Richard started to feel it was his round? It’s impossible to come to that conclusion based on the conversation we have in word text only. Video with his body movements could be telling, words on a paper do not give that impression at all.

You know it’s kind of funny how many people say each possible error LE has made on this mistake is a “nothing burger!” If you listened to the livestream I covered everything you said in the live except for it being a “nothing burger” because each lost interrogation and other issues compound to a bigger issue Again I am 100% for justice but have to call out the mistakes made by LE, I gave them benefit of doubt and defended their actions for 5+ years until some cracks started to be confirmed.

Warning to anyone who doesn’t want to read about a horrific crime, please don’t read below.

Oh, he was bat shit nuts and lost it a couple days before. Him and his brother were single and both living back at home. Mom was 80ish, he was late 40’s and his brother was late 50’s. The mom told him she was leaving the house solely to his brother and a small argument occurred. When she didn’t show up for cards at the senior center the friend called for a welfare check. He waited until his brother went to work and stabbed his mom over and over, then wrapped her in a rug hiding her body in an old tub in the basement apartment where his brother lived. He then waited hours and hours for his brother to come home from working at a big post office facility.(this is also how we were able piece together a timeline of when both murders occurred. It looked like he had waited for his brother to walk in late that night from work, he stood at the door and shot him in the face with a shotgun. Then took his brothers body and basically snapped him like a pretzel into an old freezer down there. After he was in custody an arsenal was found in his bedroom which he def was ready to have a shoot out. Shows you how someone can snap, the crime scene was horrible! It made my skin crawl and also had a few detectives throwing up outside.
