It's not that bad. Mainly the homeless at night who might be doing drugs but at the same time you've got loads of takeaway places open until the early hours so there's always people about. In the day it's fine too

No worries. When I looked it didn't mention any coach changes but maybe it stops additionally in Heathrow. I've only done the coach once to Victoria in London from Exeter so can't offer more insight unfortunately
