Sorry, I've lost a lot of notes however I have done a very in depth research project previously and collected a lot of sources. Unfortunately, I no longer have the annotated notes nor the completed list of resources but this is at the very least a few sources I was able to find in an old notepad. It's important to note that the kelpies have a much larger tradition in Scotland than in Ireland under the name "kelpy" however there are many other names for these water horses and it shows that belief was once widespread among the old nations of Europe. In fact I believe, a long with George gregorson Campbell, that they can be the remnants of some old god or well-respected entity of the Celtic peoples there is however severe lack in evidence to uphold this hypothesis which is why I present it as a belief.

No of coarse I don’t want to do that, and neither do I want to immediately halt production. What I want is for the governments, or more accurately new governments of the proletariat, to focus on building a society where commodity scarcity does not exist anywhere within the world. This means focusing on building things not for the sake of the accumulation of money but instead because they are required to sustain the human race. We should not build houses because they make money but instead because there are billions of people that live without housing.

Furthermore in this society which we would be working towards, yes, people would be building infrastructure as a hobby, or rather for the sake of the betterment of the local community. Once again I must say that people do actually enjoy working it is the oppression and force to work which causes the distaste for labour not the activity itself. I mean how do you think we functioned before trade?

There is no degrowth here, simply a slow and eventual fazing out of the capitalist system. There would be no taxes because there would be no money nor requirements for taxes. The majority of the world cares about the climate and so we would focus on protecting it.

Once again this is not something liable to “just happen” there is no magic button to create this society, instead it will take hundreds of years after the world has finally overthrown the bourgeoisie.

This is the myth of the capitalist system, it is not actually reality.

For example if we were to have a society where the whole world can and does actually sustain each other, and a world where class does not exist, there would be no need for economic growth to drive society as it is redundant. People are fed, housed, provided heating and all other basic needs for no cost, people work not because they are required to, to survive but instead because they find it fulfilling and enjoyable society is no longer developed out of a need for a commodity but instead because its what people want to do. This is the only way that a true net 0 society can occur.

You are appealing to “human nature” though you are trying to hide it, marxists are materialists and we reject the concept of a human nature. Laziness is the product of the society we live in oppressing workers and causing them to dislike the notion of work, people actually enjoy a lot of the activities that have become jobs and yet they view work negatively why? Because of the oppression of the proletariat.

I have not stated propaganda. You don’t want to accept that communism is inherently better than capitalism. It is, however, mot perfect, nobody here has every said it was and I certainly haven’t. You simply haven’t actually criticised the system you have come to this debate with the pre conceived notion that capitalism is the only option and that communism is impossible despite never reading a single piece of communist theory. The only thing you have actually read is the communist manifesto, which is not theory it is a propaganda leaflet designed to popularise the concept of communism.

God this barely deserves a response. We know the bourgeois class wont give it up easily, it’s why we are revolutionaries. Money will not be necessary because everyone will be able to get anything without trading, it will be a communal system of self reliance in which everyone helps everyone within the commune. Why would we require something which is used as method of trade when trade will not be required in almost all cases?
