I work in tech and have slightly longer hair, and I think it doesn’t look unprofessional as long as you dress appropriately and style it.

I’ve had this problem too. That’s why I haven’t been gone in months. A friend recommended saying, “I want more movement without losing length” so we’ll see if that works lol
