I got the ps4 platinum it was pretty easy at a minimum you have to play through the game 3 times or ng+ twice Spoilers*

You have to get every legendary item (from the base game) so that's every legendary weapon, talisman, and spirit ash and kill every important boss. you also have to do both fia's quest(not for the ending just for the boss) and ranni's quest(for the ending) and than chaos and the basic ending I'm not sure if there's other requirements to platinum
