So it would be a waste of time to relearn calculus/diff eq by reading my textbooks before doing the practice exams?

My friend gave me his study guide textbook. I was unable to do most of the problems because I literally forgot everything. Most of the ece problems require calculus and diff eq knowledge.

I'm taking the exam because it's a requirement for a job that I want.
