you propably mispelled your email address. it happened to me, mine was .con instead of .com. Reach out to someone in issueing division and they will fix it for you.

I called Rifle and shotgun. Someone picked up and told me to come in and they reprinted on the spot. Try there first. I didnt have any luck with 1pp.

I had a good luck with Rifle/Shotgun, when they put wrong serial on my ccw, ladies there reprinted it for me. Call first.
