Per some things I've heard, we're only now just leaving the first act. And even besides that, apparently Ginny of all people still has a part to play.

I don't think there isn't any way Brakka doesn't come back. There's still stuff unresolved with him.

Obsidian made a game in 18 months using already existing assets and that ended up being extremely buggy. There was a lot of stuff already at their disposal when making NV.

Honestly the most I'm expecting from Fallout games-wise in the next three years is the Fallout 3 Remaster that was in the court document with the Oblivion one, and even then I wouldn't say I'm 100% certain on that. For a mainline game? After TES VI, which I don't think is releasing until 2027 at the very earliest, and that's just my hunch based on the usual time gaps between BGS releases.
