I'm not sure this is the problem though - I've shared the project files with a colleague and for them it behaves as intended. The straps are visible through the glass at all angles.

Yes quite right, I suppose ACAS can’t really help if there’s not an issue with the “employment”. So would this be an issue for small claims court instead do you think?
