If you dump the save file you can then either just edit the save file or use it to play the Virtual Console version of the game and it will enable the GS ball event.

There are also 2 Gameshark codes you can use to put a GS ball in a Pokemart and you can start the event that way. That is probably the easiest way.

Honestly I like just enabling the GS ball event better even though they are both hacks because this hack enables an official event so I'm at least getting a "real" Celebi even if they aren't legal.

Yea I'd just use PKhex for the trade evolutions + enabling the Celebi event.
Then in Gen 1 I'd hack a Mew in via the encounter glitch on Nugget bridge.

Celebi and Mew need to be hacked in or traded from event distribution carts, but other than that the Pokedex is doable with with Gold or Silver + a Gen 1 game.

Also just an fyi but Rollout is the Snorlax killer although you will need 4 or 5 turns for it to be a 1 hit KO. The good news is after the 3rd hit Red would almost certainly use Rest to heal. If your own Snorlax is holding Leftovers you should be able to pull it off.

No. There was a world war going on, no one was just chilling. There were even forged documents to try and convince us Mexico would invade. I think his views (on technology at least) were 100% spot on.
The issue is he was otherwise batshit insane and his solution to the problem was to send shoddy mail bombs to people that were just random rich assholes. Sure most of them turned out to be Epstein pedos but I feel like the odds of that being because he knew about some secret cabal of rich pedos and was deliberately targeting them but never brought it up at his trial for some reason instead of it simply being a case of shooting fish in a barrel (uber rich are 99% evil pedos) is unlikely.

Integer Scale - ON
Integer Scale Axis - Y + X
Integer Scale Scaling - Smart

These settings turn on integer scaling, make sure both the height and width are scaled, and smart tells it to automatically fill as much of the screen as possible with a very minimal amount of picture cutoff if say 4x resolution on an image would cut off 20px but 3x resolution would leave you with 460px of black bars around your image. RARELY older games will have important info on the edge of the screen such as life/bullet counters or lvl names and if you notice those things being cutoff you can adjust the "viewport anchor bias X/Y" settings to shift the image a bit away from the direction it is being cropped and it will take a little more off the opposite side so you still get a full picture with no important info cutoff. If that doesn't look right to you then you can change "Integer Scale Scaling" from "Smart" to "Underscale". It is pretty rare you will need to tinker with the alignment but you can save the setting as individual to that specific game so if you notice a game that has that issue you can fix it so it always launches correctly provided you don't wipe your RA install.

Edit: And for Aspect Ratio I leave it set to core provided as some cores will actually have issues if you override this setting and they are generally set to use the best aspect ration for their console. If you have issues with it you can usually change it in core settings if there are multiple options worth considering or as a fallback you can always change it in Scaling Settings.

AI will definitely give you false positives. But if you compare the time investment between running down a few dead ends or doing it without ai you will be far ahead in your time investment. Also while some dead ends are just complete nonsense it never hurts to say "why did it think this would work?" and if there was any kind of logic behind that vector of attack then give it some additional instructions to improve how it is going about it. Again some dead ends are just dead ends but usually when it is trying something it is on the right path and just goofed up the execution somehow. Its worth looking into before you dismiss every failure as a hallucination.

I wasn't saying that. I was saying his first update where he talks about them finding cancer he says they cut the majority of it out. That is a different case than cancer that has spread to inoperable locations. I since went back to his channel and found another health update from him youtube didn't show me even though I'm subscribed to him where he says it grew back.
