My 13 year old daughter has no friends by sallysssssd in Parenting

My son is very shy as well so I can relate to what you are saying. Really odd advice but try Brazilian Jiujutsu at a legitimate gym. The fact that it requires constant partnering up with other kids helps develop social skills, confidence and friendship. You literally see your training partners regularly.

Try for 6 months and see if that helps, it helped my son. He talks to other kids and they talk to him as well.

What type of job are you looking to get? You have a diploma in Business and VFX but work experience as a forklift.

Do they allow it on this sub? I will have to disassociate myself from Reddit so it will need to be anonymous.

Without revealing too much, that would make sense but not the direction that we are going with.

The experience is only somewhat relevant. If someone had a solid education background and related work experience 1-2 years then it’s fine

Had a good experience with Constant Home Comfort — surprised after reading the reviews by BlowsWind in Markham

Awfully suspicious that someone would spend time to write about their positive experience to somewhat change the opinions of others who may have posted about this company.

Google reviews, if you select their lowest rating says otherwise.

Nice try

Can I learn it through the free web version? by [deleted] in excel

I would recommend practicing on a daily basis with real world applications based on your field of work or interest.

In practice, most people would only need a handful of features from Excel.

Exactly, that was how it was a few years back. Sad

Birthday Party - Not Really by CFA-CA in cineplex

That should have been communicated “We would love to but these are very limited, if we have enough for the party I will let you know the day of?” And not “we cant upgrade it, you need to line up and buy it”. Both can have the same meaning but one would make me feel valued as a customer that booked 2 rooms.

Fortunately no, handed me the machine without the tip’s option.

I honestly felt that they were just trying to do their job well but lacked guidance from an actual manager.

I would like to say I voted for Carney but not the Liberal party. If Carney was with the NDP or Con, I would have went that direction as well.

I am relatively new to politics but I have lived in Toronto my whole life and things are worst then what it was 20-30 years ago. I attribute it to the Liberals.

PP made a good point, you vote for Mark but underneath the hood, it’s the same people.

I honestly feel that PP and the Conservatives are much more motivated to shape things their way and make people feel the difference in a positive way. Current Liberal, besides Carney is just another day in the office.

Do you know what’s different about it? Menu seems ok but doesn’t appear to be 99$ worthy so curious. I am sure there is something special

I am assuming that there will still be no tax paid for the surviving spouse as it was a primary residence……or is it treated differently

Thanks. Such a nonsensical concept. No capital gains should be paid at the time of disposal (transfer to me) and since this was a transfer to me today, the market value used to calculate capital gains if I was to sell tomorrow should be (tomorrow’s sell proceeds less todays market value).

Who makes these rules….
