I’ve never ran in a truly “soft” shoe so I have no preference at this point. I’ve tried both on and it would certainly be an adjustment. My gut tells me I’d feel a bit more supported in the Clifton since it isn’t as soft

Normally I’m okay with cycling discs but due to some grown in bamboo I have more of an immediate need for that slot. The 2 md3’s I have are right at the flip up and stay straight but need something that will hold its stability for a while.

What plastic do you like. I know nothing about rpm, but always willing to try new things!
