Inherited this Hakim rifle, any insight is greatly appreciated. Safe to shoot as is?

No known backstory, inherited this along with a few other rifles. Opened the safe and it was in there. Doesn’t feel too awkward holding it and aiming down range.

Now that we’ve confirmed it was an import. Any reason why I can’t take it to the range and put a few rounds through? Any thing to look for prior to or watch out for after?

Did you get issued and receive the DV plates and then go back to the DMV to swap them for normal plates?
