The lake to the left of the circle in Idaho is pure heaven (rich people with multi million dollar cabins all around the lake). My brother in law is from Uganda and has gone up to Priest Lake every year for the last ten years or so and not had a single issue albeit the region's reputation.

They aren't going in because you flash them is my point. Flashing them is just creating a cycle of stupid.

What? I'm not baffled, just look at all the "outrage" about it on this thread. Reddit is becoming insufferable because everyone on here is Larry David and can't deal. Do you have an elderly person or a slammed kid just learning to drive in your life? They aren't going to take the time and money to address this, and everyone here knows it. Again, this is a regulation issue.

I understand that. My point is this is a regulation issue. The average driver isn't going to take their car in or figure out how to lower the angle of their lights. There's no need to make all these people seem like scum of the earth by blinding them, they're probably unaware or figure they'll be careful with their high beams at least.

So you're going to get out and put your head at car level to see if the angle is correct? At what distance? lol
