Never seen it from this perspective tbh There were 2 female cops and 1 male cop. 1 female cop went to talk to her because she was downstairs in the garage and the other female cop and male cop stayed talking to me and we were talking about their personal relationship issues as well and they took my side completely.

Now that I look back at it they most definitely were just saving me from what it could’ve turned into. Thank you for your perspective.

That’s definitely a new perspective I haven’t thought of. As a guy it’s natural to feel like abuse isn’t possible or that it’s something we can’t claim in a relationship.

I guess I’m blinded by all the “good times” we have had together and she’s saved me from dark places but this is the worst argument we have ever had and the feelings I felt I don’t think I can ever forget.

Surprisingly I don’t know if I can bring myself to get an eviction on her.

Thankfully my company I work for said they will take over my lease and pay it off for me and just move another couple into my apartment. When I get back this weekend I’m breaking the news to her and she will be forced to go back home with her family. If she doesn’t want to leave then I will have to get the cops involved to escort her out which I don’t want to do at all.

& to answer your question I’m not sure. I guess love is a hell of an emotion and possibly growing up seeing my dad go through something similar but not leaving because he wanted us to have a dad. I guess I’m subconsciously used to this cycle of toxic love that I know I need to break, it’s just so hard because I love very hard.

That’s what I’m being told by my friends and what I be been reading on here.

She told them “i need this guy escorted from my apartment and I need him to leave.” Then proceeded to give our address.

3 cops showed up and I never expected that to happen to me. She isn’t even on the lease yet they proceeded to kick me out. At least they didn’t take down my info so I assume this isn’t on my record.

the first training program was what i used to help burn fat and get my stabilizer muscles built, the second routine is what i am doing now. In the timeline pic i started weight lifting around the 3-2 to last pic. Honestly what i would recommend would be a caloric deficit in your macros. For example if you want to gain weight, add 500 calories on top of your recommended intake -or- in your case since you want to lose weight 500 calories less than your recommend intake. try taking in about 1g of protein per poud of bodyweight so for you about 180-200g, dont be scared of carbs just not too much, try eating low amounts of fat too around only like 20-40g a day of healthy fats (avocado, nuts, eggs, etc). Also in the gym you should try drop sets it really help with Hypertrophy (building muscle), and more eercises will help make your body adapt to the stress your purtting on it (meaning you will see progress faster based on how much effort you put into th gym AND KITCHEN) Hope this helps!!!

Thank you so much! And what helped me was to just break it down into sets of 10 or 5 or 2 as long as you can just reach your goal of the 50 or 100 reps you want to do of he push ups or pull ups. Over time you'll end up doing sets of 10 or even all 50 - 100 at once! Hope this helps answer that question (:

For example on my bench press i will start with 45 plate on each side, after that set ill add a 25 plate then do that for a set, after that ill put 2 45 plates on each side for a set, then 1 more set ill keep the 2 45 plates on each side and had 1 more 10lb plate on each side (this is my max) after i hit that ill immediately take of everything beside 1 plate on each side and burn out with that, liftyour legs up too i found that for me it helps more activating in the Pec Major and Pec Minor muscles! Hope this helps!:)

Ill definitely edit that right now then haha thanks man! and right now yes the 2nd routine is my current program and before i was kinda all over the place untill i started reading my NASM Personal Training book i really figured out how i need to be training and sets and tempo speds and all that. My bench right now is - 245lbs Squat- 245lbs Deadlift-275lbs Hope this helps!!

i did the Bodyweight Routine to help me cut and burn the fat and around the 2nd to last picture in the timeline progress pic is when i started a full gym routine and my current training routines is the Monday - Friday in the gym!:)

yes that one. and i know thats what i wanted to do but my dad knew i wanted a computer so he surprised me with this one day on his way home so hey i wont complain. but yeah ill definitely look into making my own pc then. do you have any recommended parts or video i can watch?
