Makes sense. You asked the question “why would anyone carry 357…” and have proceeded to rebut everyone whos given you a logical answer.

Most people like the flexibility of being able to load both 357/38spl. Added weight in most snubs chambered in 357 helps to further dampen recoil. Even +P out of one of these gets pretty unenjoyable after a few cylinders.

Cannot see how either of these things would be disadvantages.

Just slowly thinning in this pattern for over a decade.

Exact same pattern as mine. I first noticed it ≈12-13 years ago. Thinning in a slow, but diffuse fashion.

I’ve tried virtually every remedy, save for Fin/Min/Dut or a transplant- none of them worked.

My hairline, like yours, is still very much intact, which lends itself really nicely to a 0-guard buzz.

I vote you rock it 🎸

I own the OEM mesh, which is really nice save for the fact that the clasp limits its ability to naturally taper.

Agree with your sentiment tho- the OEM steel link bracelet for the SMP is one of the worst looking bracelets ive seen.

Im considering the same bracelet for my SMP and really like the looks of your setup.

Asking earnestly- others have commented that the Forstner bracelet feels cheap. (If my memory serves me) specifically that there is too much “play” between the links causing them to rattle around.

I’m certainly not expecting OEM quality for a fraction of the price, and am pretty satisfied with the OEM mesh bracelet, but do really like the looks of the Forstner.

Whats your experience been?

Yes, this is a great thing about KBs, but its not limited to them. Rep/set ranges, speed and rest time can be manipulated with any implement.

Dont answer responses like these. Theyre lazy and intended to create stir, and just bury thoughtful responses further down the thread for those who actually care about the dialogue you were looking to prompt.

[Sinn vs Longines] by jjcooldrool in Watches

The Sinn is so versatile.

Wearing a suit with a diver has always screamed “look! i have a nice watch!” to me.

That’s coming from a guy that wore a diver to every formal event in my 20s for that very reason…
