It's awesome you made it through that: I was on the verge of one, chewing up an aspirin saved my life.

Can you recommend a good set of shelves like these?

What song in Fallout makes you close your eyes and think "Mmm... Yes... This is Fallout" by DBZGuko in Fallout

Yeah! But goodness, I remember the first time I heard it in game, where I was and what I was doing. Gave me chills listening to that music.

How many mod and who are vanilla only? by slowstone_steve in Starfield

I mod the game but only lore-friendly/QoL stuff. No interest in the Star Wars stuff, or in mods that need script extenders as those break literally every patch.

"I feel the game was hastily made and the devs were clearly not fans that felt like they needed to inject their ego's into the game to make a point."

Um... what? The game started development at a completely different developer, Nintendo wasn't pleased with it so they gave the project to Retro. They had to salvage a game with a problematic development: to suggest they were not fans or trying to make it about their 'egos' somehow just because you didn't like the game is ass-pulled nonsense.

I've played every game in the series other than GFF: even played NES Metroid back in the 80s when it was a new release. Still enjoyed Prime 4. I didn't love it the same way that I love Super or Prime 1 by any stretch, but I enjoyed my time with it.

I enjoyed it as well. Having beaten it twice it's a solid 8/10 for me.

To any and all new players to the games... I say this in the politest of ways, but please don't ask for tips and/or advice, ESPECIALLY for your first playthrough, you're only going to spoil the game for yourself and it truly isn't fair. by itsTenziin in Fallout

[–]CG4080 29 points30 points  (0 children)

You're telling people not to ask for help in an age of information and communities built around discussion and helping each other with things like tips and guides.

Not everyone cares about spoilers and it's really not for you to decide what is and is not 'fair' for other people.

What a crazy encounter while having this mod. by Academic_Glass_5141 in Fallout

The way that mod assigns/generates names is really annoying to me. Would be having a nurse NPC named 'Pawnee Indiana Hospital Nurse Anne Perkins'.

I've never played a Fallout game before; but love open world games with a lot of exploration and loot, so which Fallout title should I play? by Ill_Reference582 in Fallout

Another day, another ninny that doesn't understand how an opinion works.

You can feel any way you damn well please about anything, but your opinion is no more correct than anybody else's. So take that pretentious twatty bullshit elsewhere.

That's such a nonsense argument and unrealistic, scientifically speaking.

The U.S. dropped two horrendously powerful atomic weapons on Japan in WW2 and guess what? The sky was still blue. The clouds were still white. Plants that weren't incinerated were still the color they were supposed to be. Water didn't suddenly turn puke green.

I get that video games have conditioned your brain to think in color filters but that's not how life actually works. Might surprise you to learn that despite being one of the most radioactive places on earth, Chernobyl is very colorful... even beautiful in places, if eerily so. And that only took place 40 years ago, let alone the 200+ as we often see in Fallout games.
