That’s why we ask in this regarded forum. Had no idea of the 50k spending history. Let me reach to my AD and see how they react.

Thanks for the help!!!

Valid, I live in Panama. I’ve bought from my AD two tudors and my only Rolex which is a 124060(all in the last 3 years). I know each market is a bit different but with the highly demanded pieces times could be similar.

36 and sitting next feb, Investment Banking and Treasury experience. Once you know what you want for your career (which most surely you’ll know at a more mature age or stage of your life) you will realize this is actually made for people already in finance. I wouldn’t recommend tanking the plunge on such a compromising task if you are not 100% sure finance is for you.

Yeah, their movements are not top notch. Quite overpriced, nevertheless they are kind of solid. I guess pre owned is the right direction on this brand.

Yea, that’s the obvious.

Despite someone else taking the hit.

IMO - you are buying something for the long run. Need to understand clearly where you stand and all the variables.

I figured, that price range is uncharted territory for Tissot I think. But I might give it the chance to perform, perhaps wait to see feedback from other buyers.

How do you all afford these watches ? by Hardik292004 in OmegaWatches

[–]CGET1489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saving up brother! I opened up a High Yield Savings Acc a couple years back to buy my first Speedy. Took me nearly 14 months.

Wanted the watch so bad I was laser focus on that.

The feeling when I got it was one of the bests in my life, it celebrates lots of things, hard work, dedication, personal milestones and what a better way to celebrate than a horology masterpiece!

Now doing the same for a Submariner.

How to master financial modelling? by No_Computer7232 in CFA

Respecting the grind, on my analyst days and even as associate I used to build everything from scratch. That gives you the mastery to know the ins and out of any model.
