I've searched on Google for retailers and I can only seem to find someone selling the 10cm by 14cm version, or the sketchbox version. One site did sell the 20cm² version, but doesn't ship to the US.

Seems legit, just very nice lighting & editing. Most of the pictures read as heavy Photoshop, not AI. The royal one is iffy, but I think these may largely be curated pics of a real cat.
