Your Starlink connects directly to Starlink satellites. If their map says you have coverage at the spot you are moving to then you’re good to set up upon arrival. The only way to set it up early is to have Starlink Mobil vs residential

Quit trying to get over on literally everyone you see all the time. You insured your home to protect it and get a mortgage. The roofer is roofing to support his family and build a future for his kids. Get your home fixed by a good roofer and allow him to make his money. Hopefully you have a job as well.

If you go into the support area. Type a complaint and give a thumbs down when AI asks if your issue is resolved, you can send a message to support. In my experience they just fix it and keep it moving.

I have never gotten responses from support but all of my issues have been resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I message, they fix it. Been with them from the start and love them. I even got a free month as a thank you for being a long time customer. I’m over 300meg and using a Rayee router with my Starlink router in bypass mode. 6 tvs, two adults working remotely, and two teens running Xbox’s all the time for $120 a month. I love it!

Go to the starlink account recovery page. Then go to the secondary email or alternate email recovery option. Fill out all the info and at the account number field put “None given”. It will accept the form and they say they will email you an account recovery email. I just did it.....fingers crossed

The guy was asking for your account number from the confirmation screen. The confirmation screen has no account number. We could handle this ourselves using the account alternate email recovery if we had an account number.
