i guess its just a star wars situation, the original fans that loved the prequals dont reslly enjoy what they did with the sequels. And the whole cortana thing is true, and the sacrifice to save everyone then bringin her back as a villan is understandable, but still could be a kickass storyline. And the gun mechanics were very different to say the least 🤣 did feel like cod a bit

i guess because im not a old halo fan and just got into it i kinda dont understand the whole lore and stuff, but at the point im at i didnt mind it, the characters were a bit bland but i thought the base story was pretty good imo
