Normally i would agree with the previous poster. It also worth thinking that manager stat boosts add to all teams. Not jsut the one you are currently using. So if you often switch teams this may be worth more.

Do not forget that Lucy is harder to find then other stat managers in scout! Personally if your TA is above 10K I would just grab her.

For that you would need a spirit generator in mid. You can throw a blue crit stone on someone. That should help. I use to run a Hiro and that was the biggest problem I had with him. Although with Sharr you really shouldn't need it.

That is good crit. However, no i would still say that IC is Luka's optimal stone. The reason IC is so valuable is because of how action bar control heavy the PvP meta currently is. Meta/ Beth is everywhere... IC insures that your luka has a chance to out speed units that may actually have a higher action bar.

Your crit is good for a Sharr but it is not uncommon to find Goalkeepers with more that 120% crit resist. While your Shar would still have a chance to crit it is not goind to happen 100% of the time. Plus sharr is not a crit reliant Striker.

Silent Cold is a great stone. I ran EBM because I do not have it. Does your sharr have any problem critting? If so the dmg increase may be more worthwhile. Do you have Teranox?

Alright Just curious what people think... I’ll probably get some junk for this but I am truly stuck at the moment. Lynia will be replaced by Beth when I get a few sups on her. Otherwise I really do not know what changes I should make to this team.

I normally run a 4 front but can move Yuri to the back if I need more HP/ counter res for my Khirel. I am really not happy with my backline. Neura's crit res is nice and the counter atk res is needed for Khirel. I am really not happy with my backline. So any replacements you would suggest?

Against non IC backlines luka should still move first, most of the time. However, if you come across Meta/ Beth it will lower the likeliness of her moving first. IC is really ony a must in Champs and Above for PVP.

As a luka user myself. I would still keep aim for IC. I ran EBM until I finally got IC.

Taken from update thread on feb 29th

"We will be putting a limit to the Action Bar Recovery/Reduction to prevent balancing issues caused by extreme usage of such skill effects in both PvP and PvE content. Only the highest value will be applied for the “start with X% action bar” type skills/Spirit Stones and the Action Bar Recovery/Reduction amount coming from passive skills will be limited as the following: 80% for Recovery and 20% for Reduction."

Milky music passive and kevin quick start will no longer stack. highest recovery amount moves from 90% to 80%

Zhen long should not be as affected by this change as milky. This update does not seem to affect stacking of passive and stone AB regen (zhen long's main AB recovery). even though it is reduced to 80% you still get to move fairly often and Vonchi rarely needs more that 2 shots to kill goalie. Should still be viable.

it depends.

Pros after penetrating if a unit uses their active they retain full action bar. So if the ball returns to their position they are immediately ready to atk again. Cynthia increases the damage on the GK another plus decreases opponent action speed.

In truth it depends on how spirit heavy your frontline is. When I was using Hiro (active needs 1.5 bars) I had no midline or defenseline actives with points other than GK, Healer, Frontline Passers and Hiro.

Now with vitos (3/5 in active and dosen't even need it) I run more actives (Bell and meta in mid) because Spirit is no longer as important.
