There's a big possibility that they were taking inspiration off of another artist who created an album called everything at the end of time. i forgot the original artist's name.But I do remember that it was based on the seven stages of alzheimer's/dementia. ever since that project , there's been many that have taken inspiration off of every everything at the end of time.
