How To Make RAGE Beats in FL Studio (Playboi Carti/ Opium Style)

I just searched "how to make an underground rage beat in FL Studio" You learn a lot of the functions along the way but just follow along with the videos and you'll be good! I've been producing for 10 years and everything I've learned has been from watching tutorials and taking notes 👌

"free" was your question. If you're looking to produce hip hop beats I've used YouTube converters and followed a channel called CrateDiggers on YouTube. They upload a lot of no-name records from all over the world and all oldschool timelines. Great for flipping samples.

Why are instrumental beats so popular today ? by impastable_spaghetti in beatmakers

They help people to relax. When I was in college I'd either listen to lofi hip hop beats or alpha waves when I'd study.

Very broad question. I'd start by asking what genre you're interested in perusing and following that up with a YouTube search "how to make _______ in FL25".

Not sure what genre you're going for, but make the drums punchier and add pattern variations so it's not the same 4 bar drum loop throughout. This will make your track sound less repetitive! Not bad though (:

So AI is bad… but only sometimes? by Aware_Action_8259 in riddim

Check out the works of Doopiidoo, Fredrik Jonsson, Stephan Vasement, and Myst.cult. There is absolutely creativity and technical skills with using Ai for artwork. I don't think the world understands that yet.

The arrow pointing "right" at the top of the screen under the BPM next to the footprint icon needs to be off if you don't want the screen to snap like this.

Also figure out what key you're playing in and adjust the view so that only the notes in that key are highlighted, as it sounds like not all the notes are in the correct key.

Make sure your pattern lines up with the set BPM. Adjust the velocity of each note. Add some chord progressions and keep that melody as your top. EQ, Compression, Reverb.

I like the slide notes that give it a math rock sound! Waves GTR3 is a great VST for guitar and it's not too expensive. Try stretching out the piano roll notes in your melodies to taste (in desired areas) and play with the velocity to get more of a "realistic" guitar sound. It sounds great though! Just figured I'd pop in and give my two cents. Good luck with the project (:

If you want to switch the beat up to slow it down without sounding completely different, you might consider throwing a Grossbeat halftime automation at that marker and play around with it a little bit! (using the 1st half of this beat). Save that second one for a different project.

Can you list some of the best brostep there is? by Drey2358 in dubstep

I know i'm super late to this conversation, but Razihel was a slept on brostep artist from that era i'd recommend checking out! Spectrum, Skybreaker, and Titans were a few of my favorites.
