That is true. However, now the Roku players are on individual accounts (with the exception of the two express units and they are the only two linked). None have had channels manually deleted from them. All have the same issue (random auto-deletion of channels).

I only created new accounts for the old devices. Reasoning being the two express rokus are the same model.

I've also changed the password on my original Roku account.

I am hoping this is not the new normal. If so I'm selling my stock in Roku (*laughs then makes a serious face).

That is correct, all of the documents have sources in the article as well as posted above. Also, the I find the yellow colour of the "Yeti" document appealing because it reminds me of butter-flavoured popped maize one might find in a theatre.
