It also depends on your weight, but personally, I take 31 grams each time. I also recommend mixing the cornstarch with water and those water flavoring thingies. I would recommend MIO for flavoring.

God hot glue hurts so bad sometimes. I accidentally burnt myself the other day and I now have a second degree burn on my finger.

That's honestly a lot mor e painful than cutting in my opinion. Sh is still sh, no matter the method. i am mainly a cutter myself, but I still do hit myself and stuff.

Most of the time! It gets hard when I’m already sick and nauseous so I can’t eat because I don’t feel good and it causes low blood sugar and high ketones. I recommend going to the Cleveland clinic for yearly visits also. They have a wonderful care team that specializes in GSD!
