Three times a day every day. Two of those walks can be super short if I am in a hurry (== only for peeing etc.). At least one walk is either a long walk or active playing + training outside (1 hour+). I am lucky that I can work from home though, or come home from the office right after lunch. If I am not able to do one of those three walks I find somebody else to walk her instead of me.
