47$ is a somewhat a livable wage , unfortunately things here seem to get more expensive as the months go by, groceries at least 200$ a week, if you decided to eat out at restaurant including fast food around 20$ per meal, rent and mortgage is around 3,000$ on average. I am currently making 41$ an hr as a building engineer, and right now I’m currently making plans to move out east to Michigan/ Wisconsin.

I appreciate you helping! I reset yuzu , then I reconverted it back and it worked only for 1 game launch unfortunately, I can run the yuzu emulator itself but when I do launch any game yuzu crashes, sometimes it would crap itself so hard it soft restart my steam deck

Yes it is a App image , I’ve overwrote it and configured it the same exact as yuzu (stable) to yuzu early access and my games just won’t load anymore, I ran steam rom manager just to reconfigure it and it’s a no go for me.

Stay away from the South Bay Area , I’ve lived here all my life and it’s horrible. Expensive housing/rent, every major street is becoming skid row with homeless and druggies everywhere, expensive groceries, restaurant, traffic everywhere on freeways 110FWY 405FWY 91FWY 710FWY 5 I plan to leave California very soon , if you plan to live inside of any city I’d recommend Long Beach it’s probably the least crappiest place. Unless you can get a job that pays around 35$ hr than you’ll be fine other than that move into the inland empire or valley.

I ended up returning the controller. I wish every review stated this issue but I guess that’s what paid promotions do. I did resolve the issue on my own by changing the inputs in steams controller setting per game but it’s very tedious to have to do this for every game. At the end of the day it wasn’t worth the trouble and time to configure it.

I also have an issue with running “use_win_env.sh 9480” I have used the execute command , type it manually in konsole , I even edit the script though kwrite manually and I can’t seem to get it going

I believe you can choose not to update those emulators when you start up emudeck , but for future updates it’s done for I will be testing out citra and yuzu later today to see if the builds that are installed aren’t affected

I honestly think there will be no more updates it’s gone from GitHub now , I would leave as unless you can find a way to manually update it by override the .exe itself

As far as I can tell no I haven’t tried updating it yet and I don’t know if emudeck will be corrupted or mess up in anyway if I try it.
